Any member is allowed to reach out to Mike Directly if they are having issues or challenges. Complaints may or may not be in writing. The first stop is always the Membership Committee however Mike is always an option as well.

Admin - Anything to do with Member Processes:

  • Payments
  • Applications for new or renewal
  • Changing anything on their profiles
  • Transfers
  • Anything that has to do with BNI Connect

BNI+ is an application that simplifies the planning, management, and delivery of your weekly BNI meetings.  It runs from a web browser on desktops, tablets, or phones. 

Shawn O'Hara is the BNI+ Expert and trainer. He will work with your chapter to set up BNI+ and facilitate training for all members. BNI+ makes it easy to run your in person and/or online meetings.
